By the end of this course the participants will be able to

  • illustrate creative conflict transformation from transcendental perspective.
  • demonstrate the practice of effective conflict transformation methods such as transformative mediation, non-violent communication and reflecting on peace practices as a peacebuilding tool.
  • explain the different concepts of reconciliation and its different practices.
  • analyse, synthesize and apply conflict and reconciliation experiences and theories to the contextual dynamics of personal and organizational conflict.
